Volunteer Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily entered the cat, kitten, dog and puppy visitation room(s) at Saved Me Inc. or KH Investors, Inc DBA Doggie Style Pets. I am aware that there are possible risks involved with interacting with the pets for adoptions in those rooms and I am aware of those risks.

I am aware that a cat, kitten, dog or puppy, regardless of temperament, training, medical status, handling , or environmental circumstance, is capable of biting, scratching, gnawing chewing and clawing which may result in injury to me or any children in my care and further medical complications may result. I expressly acknowledge the risks therein and agree to release Saved Me Inc., KH Investors, Inc DBA Doggie Style Pets, and their employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all medical claims or claims of damages for person, possessions and physical or mental well being or health.

By entering the pet visitation room(s) I acknowledge that I have been fully informed of the risks and I agree to assume all risks of any and all possible occurrences. I hereby waive any and all claims or actions that I or my guardians or representatives may have against Saved Me Inc.,KH Investors, Inc DBA Doggie Style Pets, and their affiliates and partners, and agree to hold those groups and their representatives, employees, affiliates and agents harmless against all possible injuries and damages to my person or property or that of the minor children in my care. I agree to indemnify Saved Me Inc., KH Investors, Inc DBA Doggie Style Pets, and its employees and affiliates from any and all claims by myself, members of my family, or my representatives, as a result of any action or inaction of the animals in the visitation center(s) and the action(s) or inaction(s) of any agent, affiliate or employee of Saved Me Inc., KH Investors, Inc DBA Doggie Style Pets, and their affiliates and partners.

I also agree to assume the sole responsibility for injury or damage caused by myself or children in my charge, and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold the employees, owners, representatives and property harmless from damage, loss, liability, or expense, including legal costs and attorney’s fees, which result from damages caused by myself or children in my charge. Saved Me Inc.,KH Investors, Inc DBA Doggie Style Pets, and their affiliates and partners may use pictures of me or children in my care, while we are in the visitation center(s) for publicity or promotional purposes of Saved Me Inc., KH Investors, Inc DBA Doggie Style Pets, and their affiliates and partners, without obligation to me.

I have read the policies expressed in this liability waiver and agree to adhere to them.
