Doggie Style Pets is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our growing team of associates in our nine Center City Philadelphia, PA stores.
We have been providing quality pet products, healthy foods, and friendly service to Philadelphians for over 15 years. We have since grown to thirteen Stores in Philadelphia, one store in Bala Cynwyd, PA, and New Jersey.

The Senior Customer Service Associate position be responsible for providing excellent consulting and knowledgeable customer service to our valued customers, caring for our adoptable dogs and store cats, conscientious about store operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our stores.
Responsibilities:
Creating a welcoming customer service environment
Provide high-level customer service to multiple clients at one time
Schedule, review, and seek documentation for grooming clients
Caring for our adoption animals which includes cleaning up animal feces and urine, walk animals safely, and keep their living quarters clean and odor free.
The ability to do retail math and correctly use a register
Opening or closing the store – this is a key holding position
Maintain a clean and organized workplace
Attend training on products
Arrives on time and ready to work
Adhering to our handbook and safety protocols
Completing operational tasks as assigned by the Store Support Manager
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable phone etiquette
Has a keen interest in Dog and Cats and a strong desire to learn
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Friendly outgoing personality and goes above and beyond for customers
The ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 40lbs
Excellent attendance
